Who it is for
PushMaxx is a push-up training app, not a full gym tracker. It is built for people who can already do at least 5 clean floor push-ups. If you cannot do one yet, build a base first and come back.
No gym, no bands, no wearable. Prop the iPhone and start in high plank.
On-device pose tracking scores clean push-up form. You do not tap each rep.
Download on the App Store. Android is coming soon. See what PushMaxx is.
Four modes
Same camera. Four ways to play. Training is the program. The rest is how you stay sharp between days.
A weekly push-up program built around your capacity and commitment days.
A short one-off push-up session. Quick workout. No program slot.
Shared push-up ladders. Easy, Medium, and Hard tracks of 25 levels.
Live last-one-standing 1v1. Quick match or a friend room.
How it works
A few seconds of setup. Then the skeleton does the counting.
Stable angle, full body in frame, start in high plank. Floor is the only equipment.
On-device pose tracking scores clean reps and holds. Combo stays alive when the set stays honest.
Climb ranks, keep a training streak, and earn a session medal when the set is clean.
Progression
Levels unlock rank medals. Session form has its own medals. Two systems, two icons, one climb.
Only program days count. Miss a day and a freeze can save it. Ten days unlocks the XP boost.
Clean reps stack a combo. Break form and it drops. The meter is the reason the next rep still matters.
Each workout can earn a performance medal. Distinct from rank shields. Form and combo decide the metal.
Camera
Solo training, drills, and campaign run pose tracking on device. We store game results you submit, not a video archive of the set.
Live Battle is the special case: you choose Video + skeleton or Skeleton only before a match. Video is a low-res stream to your one opponent, not to us. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
